This program is designed as an introduction to the underwater world. Mana Island is surrounded by stunning beautiful coral reefs which are home to a multitude of colourful tropical reef fish and other marine creatures.

The program only takes a couple of hours and includes basic dive thoery, skill development in shallow water followed by a beach dive with a professional instructor.
